Current Openings

• Turnover Crew Lead — Run a unit from walkthrough to sign-off. Scope the work, direct a small crew, own the finish date. Experience across multiple trades required.

  Turnover Technician — Paint, patch, install flooring, swap fixtures, close out punch lists. Some trade experience preferred, but we'll train the right person.

  Skilled Carpenter — Doors, trim, drywall, subfloor, cabinetry. The heavy repairs a standard turn can't cover.

  Cleaning Team Member — Full unit cleans to move-in standard. No experience required — we'll train you.
